The pictures on the website are inaccurate. I will post some which show stained walls and dirty bathroom I arrived on a Monday evening at about - a long queue for reception - staff very slow but polite.
The floor was scratched and dirty. The wall under the air conditioning unit was stained white where the ac unit had leaked.
The bath tub was dented, scratched and dirty and the tiles had black dirt between them. The location is very central and I never pay for a breakfast in a hotel and I cannot comment on the food and service. The whole place is tired.
My room was of a decent size but the More. Staff couldn't careless because they still get guests staying. Plastic cups because they don't give proper cups in room as you might break them. Filthy dirty curtains and nets. Window was growing mould could see out of them. Stained carpets. Stained bath.
Garbage bed bedding and pillow. The Foyer is wow. Don't be fooled. And on a weekend the bar etc is closed all day sunday. Oh and no management on duty at weekends!!!!! The reception staff uncourtesy with the clients To much late to give your room until you have confirmed reservation They givet at 4. I would say it is a 3 start. In a 3rd world country small town they make up their own stars. But what about the center of a metropole like Antwerpen? Would 4 stars do?
